Design

The TechnoCentrum can design constructions and components for you, and we will always discuss your wishes with you to translate them into an effective and feasible design. We design using Inventor software or on paper.

Do you have your own design? You can always ask us for advice on feasibility, available materials and semi-finished products, and outsourcing mechanical work.

Realisation

We realise complete products from a sketch, drawing or model and carry out repairs. In the instrument workshop, we have a large stock of materials and fasteners for carrying out various assignments. We offer guidance when outsourcing laser and waterjet cutting, for example.

Available techniques

  • Milling, from conventional to 5-axis simultaneous.
  • Turning, conventional up to 550 mm and CNC.
  • 3D printing with Stratasys F370.
  • Galvano, we can anodise in-house and apply a nickel or gold layer.
  • Sheet and construction work including CNC plasma cutting, shearing, setting and rolling.
  • Joining techniques, TIG, MIG and microplasma welding.
  • Spot welding, silver soldering and aluminium soldering.
  • Zinc spark erosion.
  • Wire EDM.
  • Grinding techniques, flat, round, honing, lapping and tool sharpening.
