New issue of European Journal of Migration and Law published

On Monday 16 December 2024, the new issue of the European Journal of Migration and Law (EJML) was published. This edition offers a series of topical articles on migration law and policy within Europe.

The EJML is published quarterly. The journal, edited by Elspeth Guild, Sandra Mantu and Paul Minderhoud, distinguishes itself by analysing migration law and policy from both legal and policy angles, rather than solely from a sociological perspective. The journal is an initiative of the Centre for Migration Law at Radboud University Nijmegen, in cooperation with the Migration Policy Group in Brussels.

The journal provides valuable insights and a platform for discussion for policymakers, academics, lawyers and NGOs dealing with migration issues in a European context. Each issue contains original research and analysis, focusing on topics such as:

  • Migrants' access to social security and welfare services;
  • Legal developments and trends in European migration policy;
  • Cross-disciplinary approaches to migration issues.
  • The latest edition of the EJML is now available below via Open Access.
