Preliminary Advices ‘Duty to contract and freedom of contract’ for Association for Civil Law by Danny Busch and Iris Houben
Contract coercion and freedom of contract
Both preliminary advices put the spotlight on sectors in our society where freedom of contract has been (increasingly or not) quite severely restricted. Houben's preliminary advice focuses on contract coercion, including in healthcare and education. Danny Busch's preliminary opinion focuses on restrictions on freedom of contract in the financial sector. Mark Wissink and Josine Meijerhof acted as references.
The preliminary opinions are available in the Paris webshop.
