Attendees listened to lectures on Cross-border Corporate Law - for example, corporate litigation, company mobility, taxation and co-determination, investment review and cross-border duties of care and diligence. Led by chairperson of the day Claartje Bulten, attendees enjoyed presentations by speakers including Martin van Olffen, Sebastiaan de Buck, Jaap Bellingwout, Marieke Wyckaert, Ivo Nobel, Steven Hijink, Gerard van Solinge, Daniella Strik, Marnix Holtzer, Hanneke Bennaars, Harm-Jan de Kluiver and Paul van Tongeren. The lectures will be collected in a conference volume to be published.
