Tine Molendijk will co-lead a new research project on “Armed Forces and Society”. The project is funded by the Dutch Research Council as part of the NWA Wetenschapsroute ‘Tussen Conflict en Coöperatie’. She will collaborate with Wolfgang Wagner, Michal Onderco, Lonneke Peperlamp, Aine Ramonaite and the Dutch Foundation for Peace Research to study how citizens in the Netherlands, Germany and Lithuania view the transformation of the armed forces from an instrument of interventionism to one of self-defence and deterrence.
