We explore how insights from culturally minoritised groups can improve care for everyone. For example, we study the differences in psychosocial care needs among elementary school students in the Netherlands and examine how counsellors address these differences. Additionally, we investigate the intercultural communication challenges that Dutch healthcare professionals encounter when interacting with Turkish patients.
