This project focuses on access to justice for third-country nationals who are posted within the EU. It examines the available legal remedies and how accessible these are in practice. Because there is limited knowledge on this topic, interviews are being conducted with posted workers as well with experts from national authorities, trade unions and ngo's.
The European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) has awarded this project to Milieu Consulting & Policy. Radboud University is carrying out the fieldwork in the Netherlands on behalf of Milieu.
