Handbook of Notarial Corporate Law, Part III

The first volume of the ‘Handbook of Notarial Corporate Law’ focuses on the current status of the private limited liability company and the unlisted public limited following the introduction of the Flex BV (or flexible legal entity) and the Governance and Supervision Act. The second part focuses on the association, cooperative association and mutual insurance association. Part three looks at the foundation in its various forms and examines subjects that are relevant to notarial corporate law practice. Statutory or contractual arrangements that are relevant to the practice are also discussed.
