Within this consortium, research at Radboud University will focus on identifying factual perceptions about immigration among citizens and policymakers, how they differ and how they have become politically polarised. This will ultimately enable the development of communication strategies that will make the migration debate more rooted in the actual reality of immigration and less in ideological prejudices.
