Healthy Student Life is a Radboud-wide research project on student well-being. Employing a longitudinal questionnaire study, we aim to study well-being, stressors, lifestyle and student success. Three waves (fall 2021, spring 2022, spring 2023) of data have been collected and at each wave, all Radboud University students (±25,000) were invited to participate. About 10,000 students have joined at least one of the three waves. The PhD project of Kirsten van Hooijdonk focuses on student well-being and lifestyle. In her project, she investigates 1) levels of well-being and lifestyle, 2) developments/changes in well-being and lifestyle, 3) patterns of lifestyle and 4) (causal) relationships between well-being and lifestyle.
