Low-paid migrant workers in the Netherlands are more likely to face unsafe working conditions and workplace accidents than their Dutch colleagues. Nathalie is interested in the question of which actors bear legal responsibility for the occupational safety of this group of workers in the Netherlands, what these responsibilities entail, and how they relate to each other. In particular, she is examining how the division of roles and responsibilities in the Netherlands relates to the fundamental right to a safe and healthy workplace.
