This project brings school leaders in primary and secondary education together in professional learning communities. In the meetings, school leaders indicate how they currently lead educational developments and what improvements are desired in this respect.
This qualitative practice-based research focuses on how primary and secondary schools orientate themselves on what their education is good for and what developments are desirable in this respect. School leaders are asked how they deal with this question of action and which practical-wisdom-narratives they use in this regard.
To answer the research question, professional learning communities of school leaders in primary and secondary education are put together. Information will be collected through these communities with focus group interviews.
