Radboud University and Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine have collaborated in a two-year project on the topic of Single Cell Technology. This project, led by Prof Wilhelm Huck's research group, involved research aimed at better quantifying and understanding complex biological processes at the cellular level. This knowledge is then used to gain a better understanding of mechanisms of action of drug molecules, better predict side effects, and which patient groups may benefit more or less from a particular medication.
