Since the Covid-19 pandemic, the use of e-health has increased exponentially. The aim of this project is to identify the impact of digitalisation on (para)medical interaction in the context of professional practice, and to provide solutions that can support professionals in the use of these technologies. The project therefore focuses on how interaction between practitioners and (parents/caregivers of) patients takes place via digital communication tools, such as e/m-health applications and videos. It also looks at how this affects the relationship(s) between those involved in the interactions and how this determines the organisation of the practitioners' work. To this end, multiple qualitative research methods are used, including conversation analysis of digital interactions, and ethnographic methods such as interviews with practitioners and observations of the use of digital techniques in practice.
