Procrastination is highly prevalent among students and associated with impaired academical
performance and adverse psychological consequences. The video training that we will implement here, and make accessible to all RU students, is directly based on a training that proved to be effective in reducing procrastination, and in improving self-efficacy (De Haas, Blaesing, Oosterhoff, Rozental & Scheres, 2025). This project is made possible by Radboud Studentenfonds, and will be implemented in close collaboration with Educational Clips and RU Student Support (Astrid Sluis, Elke Schrijen)
