ICT Helpdesk

Do you have a question about, or a problem with, Radboud University's ICT facilities? The ICT Helpdesk is your first point of contact. You can report your question or problem by e-mail, by phone or via the ICT Helpdesk form.

ICT Servicedesk

The ICT Helpdesk tries to solve your problem on the spot. If your problem cannot be solved immediately, you will be kept informed of the progress or referred to the ICT Servicedesk on campus.

IP address, PC number and Teamviewer

The ICT Helpdesk sometimes needs your IP address or PC number to be able to help you. In some cases, the Helpdesk employee temporarily takes over your screen. This might require the programme Teamviewer.

The number of your Radboud-managed workstation can be found by moving the mouse over the red square in the lower right corner of the screen. There is no need to click on it. The first number is your PC number.

The PC number is also visible on the silver sticker that is on every Radboud-managed workstation. On your laptop, the sticker is found on the bottom.

Installing Teamviewer

The ICT Helpdesk can remotely take over your PC or laptop using Teamviewer, even if you are working on a private device.
