Borrowing conditions for test and treatment materials Sociotheek

1. Borrowing Conditions and Reservation

The borrowing of test and treatment materials is subject to the following conditions:

  • The borrower must belong to the target group described under point 4
  • Material must be reserved in good time before it can be borrowed. Timely reservation means: no later than 1 working day before 13:00. The following minimum information must be known at the time of reservation in order for the reservation to be processed:
    • Student number
    • For which course/purpose the material is needed
    • Which day you want to collect and return the material, taking into account the loan period that applies to the subject (see also point 2 for loan period).
  • A reservation by email is only final once you have received a confirmation from the library
  • Reserved material is collected after 12 noon and returned on the last day of the loan period before 12 noon
  • When picking up materials, please bring your student ID card; it will be scanned to lend out the material
  • Materials must be returned on time, complete and in good condition
  • Test and treatment material may not be lent to third parties
  • Test material may not be copied or photographed
  • Always use the original forms enclosed with the test material before taking it.

2. Loan period

Bachelor 

The maximum loan period for test materials is 3 days; the loan period for treatment materials is a maximum of 7 days.

Master and RCSW students 

The loan period of test and treatment materials amounts to a maximum of 7 days for trainees within the Master's Psychology or Educational Sciences who borrow for their own diagnostics certificate. For master subjects, the loan period is a maximum of 3 days. RCSW students may borrow material for a maximum of 7 days.

3. Material

  • Test material is only lent for a particular course or for the student's own diagnostics note during the work placement period.
  • Manuals for working out a test or preparing for a test will not be lent separately. Practising/preparing a test or working out a report should be done in the Sociotheek.
  • Treatment materials may be borrowed for an internship or for a particular subject. The books in the literature cabinet are for consultation only.

4. Target Group

Borrowing test and treatment material is possible for:

  • Students enrolled in the Psychology, Pedagogy, ALPO or PWPO programme of the Faculty of Social Sciences at Radboud University.
  • Students enrolled in the GZ course, School Psychologist course, Clinical Psychologist course and RITHA course of the RCSW.
  • Lecturers from the Psychology, Pedagogy, ALPO and PWPO and RCSW programmes of the Faculty of Social Sciences of Radboud University. Lecturers can only borrow test and treatment materials intended for teaching purposes.

Inspection of test and treatment materials is possible for:

  • All staff and students of Radboud University.

5. Sanctions 

Violation of one or more conditions may result in blocking borrowing from the Sociotheek.
