You can go to the ICT Servicedesk if the ICT Helpdesk has referred you. You can find the ICT Servicedesk in the Central University Library.
Services at the ICT Servicedesk:
- Issuing wireless guest accounts (ID required).
- Resetting passwords (ID required).
- Network connectivity assistance.
- VPN connectivity assistance.
- Limited issuing of software (software that cannot be acquired from SURFspot).
- Limited assistance with printer problems
The ICT Servicedesk is open on weekdays from 8:30 p.m. to 17:00 pm.
