Collaborate with Radboud researchers

Would your company or organisation like us to conduct research? Would you like to collaborate on an innovative product? Or are you looking for tailor-made training for your organisation? We can help you with a wide range of questions.

Commissioned research

Would your company or social organisation like to have one of our scientists answer your question? That is possible. We will discuss your question together, see what we can do for you, conduct the relevant research and share the results with you, for example in the form of a (consultancy) report.

If you would like to have research carried out by a student, for example in the form of an internship project, that is also possible.

Product development

Do you have an idea or question about how you could innovate (further) in your company or social organisation? Then you've come to the right place. We can help you develop an app, for example, or design a public-oriented event such as an exhibition. Or we can work with experts from your organisation to improve existing processes or products.

In-company and customised training courses

To ensure that the level of knowledge within your organisation is in line with the latest insights and developments, we can work with scientists and experts in your organisation to develop practical, customised training and education programmes.

Lecture or guest lecture

If you are looking for a scientist to give a lecture or guest lecture for your organisation, we can also assist you.

Find the right researcher for your question

  • If you're not sure where to go or want to discuss your question with someone first? You are welcome at Research & Impact.
  • Do you have a question about language, culture, communication or (art) history? Please contact samenwerken [at] let.ru.nl (samenwerken[at]let[dot]ru[dot]nl)
  • Do you have a question about economics, business administration, urban planning/spatial planning, public administration or political science? Please contact the externerelaties.fm [at] ru.nl (externerelaties[dot]fm[at]ru[dot]nl)

Radboud chemists are working with companies and robots on the transition from oil-based to bio-based materials

Chemical products are still often based on fossil raw materials. Radboud scientists are contributing to the ‘materials transition’ towards products made from biobased raw materials. Robots and AI are assisting in this process.

It can be done: neuromorphic computer chips are faster and consume less energy

Neuromorphic computing offers opportunities when it comes to computers and computer chips that work smarter, with less energy loss. It is high time that researchers, entrepreneurs and the government fully committed to this, says Johan Mentink.

From responding to thinking ahead: bringing energy and spatial planning together

For an effective energy transition, we need to think not only about how we generate sustainable energy, but also about the spatial consequences of those choices.

Pressure on infrastructure can only be sustained if demand changes

The pressure on infrastructure cannot be sustainably resolved by increasing supply. Something needs to change in terms of demand. That is the core of the SPINES research project, for which Radboud researchers have received 1.2 million euros.

More control over nitrogen emissions with new photonic chip technology from OnePlanet

If you can reliably measure a company's nitrogen emissions, you can take more effective action. Today, OnePlanet Research Centre presented chips that make this possible. Radboud experts in the field of gas trace detection are involved in the project.
