IT Practicalities
Information about all the IT practicalities that you might need.
As a participant of the Radboud Summer School you will receive a Radboud University account. Approximately two weeks before your course starts, you will receive two e-mails from our ICT department with instructions to activate this account. Please read the e-mails carefully and follow the steps completely.
Once activated you can use this account to access our online learning environment called Brightspace and access to wifi on our campus in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Make sure you write down your account, your E-number and password.
Our course leaders use Brightspace for presenting teaching material and source references, such as PowerPoint presentations of lectures, background information, hyperlinks to Internet sites elsewhere, etc. Approximately 2 weeks before the course takes place you will get access to Brightspace and you can enter the materials of your course. If this is not the case please send an e-mail to radboudsummerschool [at] ru.nl
In case your course leader does not use Brightspace, course information will be provided to you differently.
Eduroam is the wireless network used at Radboud University. All employees and students at institutes connected to Eduroam can use this wireless network. If you have connection issues please read this manual .
