Loss and theft

Have you lost something and/or do you suspect that your belongings have been stolen? If so, please follow the steps below.

Something missing, no suspicion of theft

Go to the reception desk of the building where you lost your belongings and ask if they have been found.

Suspected theft

1. Please contact the security department (dienst beveiliging) by telephone on 024 361 9000 or by email at mailadres.meldkamerbeveiliging [at] radboudumc.nl (meldkamerbeveiliging[at]radboudumc[dot]nl). The security department records the report.
2. In addition, always report the incident to the police; you can do this online via politie.nl. For example, you’ll need to make a claim if you want to claim for the damage on your insurance. 
   Does this concern property belonging to Radboud University? If so, please report it to the security department. You do not need to report it to the police. The security department will handle the report in conjunction with Safety & Security.
