E-mail and calendar on iMac or Macbook

You can use your Radboud mail and calendar via Exchange for Apple. In Exchange you enter your Radboud-mail and password.  If Exchange is not on your Macbook/iMac, you can download it from office.com. 

Steps

  1. Select Exchange

    1. Open the Apple Mail app;
    2. Select Mail -> Preferences;
    3. A new window will appear. Click Accounts in the top menu bar and click the + icon in the bottom left corner of your screen;
    4. Select Exchange and click Continue

  2. Enter details

    1. Name: Full username
    2. Radboud-account / email address: (firstname.lastname [at] ru.nl (firstname[dot]lastname[at]ru[dot]nl))
    3. Password: RU password

    Click Continue.

  3. Select and confirm account settings

    1. Name: Full username
    2. Radboud-account / email address: (firstname.lastname [at] ru.nl (firstname[dot]lastname[at]ru[dot]nl))
    3. Password: RU password

    Confirm the settings by clicking Continue and select the options that need to be synchronised. Click Done.
