There are several reasons why the Wi-Fi on campus may not be accessible or may be difficult to access. If the Wi-Fi signal does not improve, you can report this problem to the ICT Helpdesk via the ‘When Eduroam (Wi-Fi) is not working’ page.
You will only need to set up the Eduroam Wi-Fi network once on your device in order to gain access to the campus Wi-Fi network. See the ‘Setting up Wi-Fi (Eduroam)’ page for a link to the appropriate manual for setting up Eduroam on your device.
