About the speaker
Jasper de Groot is a social psychologist at Radboud University. He researches how social behavior, emotions, and our perception are influenced by (human) scents. He has also contributed to research on loss of smell as an important predictor of COVID-19 infections. In his research, he integrates methods from psychology, psychophysiology, neuroscience (fMRI), genetics, and chemical analysis.
