How can the rise of the radical right be stopped? Although the figures show that, on average, things are going very well in the Netherlands, many people feel overlooked by the government and distrust is growing. As in many other European countries, this provides fertile ground for radical right-wing parties. Why is that? Is there still a way back?
Come and listen to political scientist Catherine De Vries, who argues for restoring connection, trust, and a simpler government. The challenge facing the political center, she says, is enormous.
