This is the mission of philosopher and member of the Slow Food movement Luca Consoli.
In our fast food world we have become so accustomed to fat, salt, and sugar that we hardly recognize other flavors anymore. By starting with flavor development, we also reduce our ecological footprint. Come listen to the musical intro by philosopher and singer Claudia Cathérine and musician JP Pino. Join Luca Consoli and experience how mindful eating can make a world of difference.
The lecture will be in Dutch.
