Infinite Snacking | Talk by neuroscientist Esther Aarts | Infinity

18.25 - 18.45 hrs | Zuiderkapel | Friday 12 September 2025
Talk

Why can’t we stop eating halfway through a bag of chips, even when we know we’ll regret it later? Is it just a lack of willpower, or is there something deeper happening in our brain and gut? To what extent are we responsible for our own food choices—or for being overweight? And are there things you can eat to become more motivated and sharper?

Come listen to neuroscientist Esther Aarts discuss our hungry brains, brain-friendly nutrition, and the responsibility of both individuals and the government.

This talk will be held in English.
