Consciously or unconsciously, you use AI every day. Its development and applications are advancing rapidly. The benefits are significant, but there are also drawbacks and ethical dilemmas that deserve careful consideration.

Course participants joined this six-part course in which researchers from Radboud University invited them to reflect on questions such as: What is AI, and how new is it really? What impact does it have on society? What does the future of work look like? Can we speak of art and creativity when it comes to AI-generated art? And does AI change our understanding of truth, or the value we attach to it?

There is plenty to think about. Physicist and philosopher Luca Consoli, communications scholar Tibor Bosse, Barbara Müller, and Yana van de Sande, philosophers Lotje Siffels, Marcel Becker, and Eric Deibel, and legal scholar Emma Rengers will introduce you to the societal impact of AI.
