To have children or not to have children. Who decides? Leaving aside the question of whether to get pregnant at all - not having children seems like an individual choice. But especially if you fall outside the classic picture, or if you consciously don't want children and want to be sterilized at a young age, for example, you run into a wall of regulations. Fertility is becoming increasingly political, including in other European countries.
