To have children or not to have children. Who decides? Leaving aside the question of whether to get pregnant at all - not having children seems like an individual choice. But especially if you fall outside the classic picture, or if you consciously don't want children and want to be sterilized at a young age, for example, you run into a wall of regulations. Fertility is becoming increasingly political, including in other European countries. Come hear philosopher Suzanne Roes, gender historian Marloes Hülsken and ethicist Verna Jans and think further about power relations, fertility, parenthood and birth politics.
