A woman goes to the doctor’s office… and is not always helped equally well. A gender gap in healthcare still exists. Treatments do not always align well with the needs of women, and conditions affecting women are often researched less than those affecting men. And what does this say about gender equality more broadly? Learn from internist Saskia Middeldorp and gender historian Marloes Hülsken more about women’s health.
