Terms and conditions in short
If you participate in our programs, our terms and conditions apply. You can consult them in the document you can download lower on this page.
We highlight the most important ones for you:
Signing-in and registration
- Tickets for our programmes can be ordered on our website. Per announced programme (see our online agenda), there is a ticket button that leads you to the registration page.
- The personal data you provide to us upon registration will be processed according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not be used for any other purpose than for the programme in question.
- We ask you to be present on time: before the start of the programme. If it is a busy or sold-out programme and you arrive later, access to the hall may be denied, even if you have a valid ticket. Your ticket will not be refunded.
Admission and participation
- Admission to our programmes is possible with a valid ticket. If a program is not sold out, there is an opportunity to sign in at the entrance. On-site payment can only be made by debit card.
- The Current Affairs lectures and Academic Affairs programmes are free without an admission ticket.
- If you are entitled to a free ticket or a reduced rate ticket, we will ask you to show your valid reduction pass when registering on site. This may be a subscription pass, student or scholar pass, Alumni Benefit Card or employee pass.
- If you are unable to attend, we appreciate notification by email (info [at] reflects.ru.nl). Cancelled tickets are non-refundable.
- Participants who disrupt or threaten to disrupt a programme may be denied access to the programme. The ticket is non-refundable.
Publications
- Most programs are recorded and posted on our podcast channels (SoundCloud, Spotify) and YouTube channel shortly after the programme.
During the programme, photos are taken of the speakers and posted on the Programme reviews page. We will make sure that participants will not be depicted recognizably in images. - Making your own video or audio recordings of our programmes is prohibited, so is to broadcast or distribute them live in any way.
