Discover the Radboud Trail

In the wooded area between the Berchmanianum, the Erasmus Building, and the Maria Montessori Building lies the Radboud Trail: a forest path equipped with various wooden structures that challenge you to play and move. A great way to break up your work or study day.

Interrupting your day with some exercise and fresh air is good for you. It relaxes you and also ensures that more glucose reaches your brain, allowing you to concentrate better. Would you like to take a nice walk on campus? Along the Radboud Trail, you will find eight wooden structures on which you can do various exercises or play games. Feel free to get moving!

From 1 May 2017 to 1 January 2025, Daniël Wigboldus served as Chair of the Executive Board of Radboud University. Because he considered it important to leave something behind focused on sports, exercise, and well-being, he was given the Radboud Trail as a gift upon his departure. The structures along the Radboud Trail were built by Student Survival Run Association NSSV FEL.
