Due to lower government revenues, declining student numbers and increasing costs, Radboud University must use its resources more efficiently and reduce costs. In the coming years, this will lead to various measures to cut costs and organise operations more efficiently. Radboud University disappointed in continuation of budget cuts and takes case to court

On 8 April, the Dutch Senate approved the cabinet's budget cuts to higher education. Radboud University considers the decision unlawful and therefore wants to take it to court.
