Recognition and Rewards initiatives and developments
Achieving a new balance in Recognition and Rewards requires changing the academic culture. The key objective is to engage the entire academic community and ensure that this vision for the future becomes a reality for all scientists. This transformation demands mutual understanding, attention to diverse perspectives, and, above all, a collective effort—including from within the organisation itself. Such changes cannot be implemented overnight; they require time and patience. A solid understanding, clear guiding principles, experimental approaches, and strong examples from practice form the foundation of this transition.
On this page, you will find an overview of all initiatives and developments related to Recognition and Rewards.
