The MemoryLab software helps students to learn ready knowledge. Through an online training, you can let students study knowledge that is necessary for your discipline in a playful way. Think of definitions, basic concepts, procedures and formulas. You can use images and sound clips. The system works adaptively by means of an algorithm and therefore makes learning easier and more efficient for students.
The starting point is that students work actively with the learning material. MemoryLab motivates them to keep repeating the subject matter. For example, individual achievements and progress are shown. This progress is visualized using 'Mastery Crowns', a measure of how well the student knows the concepts. A student can obtain one Mastery Crown per lesson per day, in this way MemoryLab prevents cognitive overload and stimulates spaced learning.
