Electronic signing in OSIRIS

Radboud University uses electronic signing in OSIRIS to make registering assessment results as a lecturer more secure. To do this, you will need to register yourself only once. Afterwards, OSIRIS will require an additional confirmation when signing assessment results. This can be done in two ways: via a TiQR code or a YubiKey token.

One-time registration

If you recently started working at our university, you will automatically be included in the registration process. If you have been working at our university for some time, chances are that you are already registered. If you have questions about your registration, please contact your faculty's contact for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

TiQR or YubiKey token

You can choose to use either TiQR or YubiKey. To use TiQR, you will need a smartphone. You can electronically sign by scanning a QR code with the app. Do you not have a smartphone, or do you not want to use one? Then you need use YubiKey. This is a type of USB flash drive that you plug into your computer or laptop. You can pick it up for free one time only at the Information & Library Services (ILS) reception.

Confirming the results

Once you have electronically signed assessment results in OSIRIS, they are immediately recorded and visible to the student. This no longer requires the involvement of the faculty's education administration.
