The continuous development of education and teaching and the increasing internationalisation reinforce the need for educational in-depth knowledge and educational leadership. Therefore, the Radboud Teaching and Learning Centre offers the Educational Leadership Programme.
After completion of the programme, participants will be able to:
- Perform an adequate problem analysis of complex educational problems.
- Design and implement practical solutions for current issues of educational development.
In addition, after completion, participants will have the skill to stimulate, organise and support development of education and teaching.
Target group
The intensive Educational Leadership Programme is unique and designed for lecturers/scientists/colleagues who operate in the direction of university education.
Structure of the programme
The programme consists of eight theme-based off-campus meetings over several days, an individual project to be carried out and a one week-long study trip. The programme alternates between educational and leadership themes. A lot of attention will lay on the reflection of leadership and the innovative project. Afterwards, you will receive a certificate on behalf of the rector. The programme is organised by Utrecht University.
Costs
The course has a duration of 14 months and requires an investment of 0.1 FTE. The registration fee for 2024 is € 16,000.00, -
Participation
We are currently exploring the possibilities of organising the course ourselves, instead of purchasing from Utrecht University. For this reason, the start date has not yet been set. To participate in the course, approval is required from the manager for the deployment of 0.1 fte and the registration fee. Are you interested in participating in the course?
