Building the Radboud University Network Organisation for Secondary Education Together

Are you involved in secondary education teacher training programmes, professional development for secondary education or educational research for Secondary Education? Then we warmly invite you to join us on 6 July to learn more and take part in an important development within Radboud University.

Activities related to teacher training for secondary education currently fall under the responsibility of the deans of the Faculties of Arts, Medical Sciences, Science, Philosophy, Theology and Religious Studies, and Social Sciences. In December, these deans agreed in principle to organise these activities in a more future-proof and coherent way. The goal: the development of a ‘Radboud University network organisation for secondary education’.

Within this network, colleagues from different faculties and the Radboud Teachers Academy (RDA) will collaborate more closely. By joining forces, we aim not only to strengthen internal collaboration, but also to present ourselves externally as one clear and recognisable point of contact for partners in secondary education.

What is happening now?

At present, colleagues from the faculties and the RDA are working in several working groups on the further development of this network organisation. They are focusing on areas such as education, research, professional development, and governance. If you expect that your work will (partly) fall within this new structure and you are curious about the plans, you are very welcome to join.

Invitation: information meeting – 6 July
