Following the Works Council (OR) elections, two objections were submitted concerning the results. The Election Committee sought external legal advice. Based on this, the Election Committee advised the Works Council not to uphold either objection. The Works Council decided not to uphold one of the objections, as it was more focused on the applicable rules rather than the actual outcome. However, the OR decided to accept the other objection. This has led to a change in the election results.
The new seat distribution is as follows:
- FNV: 8 seats
- AOb: 4 seats
- AUB: 4 seats
- PON-OR: 1 seat
- Gastvrij Radboud: 1 seat
- Internationals and their Dutch Friends: 1 seat
- S4F-SR: 2 seats
After the one-week objection period has expired, the results will be finalised if no objections have been received. If objections have been received, the Works Council will reconsider the matter. Once the results have been finalised, individual candidates will be notified.
