An example for this is the request of the process of annual appraisals or applying for parental leave digitally. This means you will eventually have to email fewer forms to your manager and HR, and risks in for example privacy will be reduced, and your applications will be processed more quickly. The expansion of BASS will be rolled out in phases. Starting this autumn, new HR processes will be made available in BASS every quarter. You will be kept informed via the weekly newsletter.
