Harmonising survey and evaluation services
The expiring Evalytics licence provides a good opportunity to further harmonise and professionalise survey and evaluation services within Radboud University. Since the beginning of this calendar year, Evaluation Service has been incorporated into the Institutional Research department, creating a single point of contact for surveys and evaluations, with pooled expertise, broad deployability and visibility.
Agreements have been made with the faculties that currently still use Evalytics to switch to the services of Evaluation Service in a timely manner. This means that from 1 January 2026, course evaluations for all faculties will be conducted via Evaluation Service.

Phasing out Evalytics
The use of Evalytics will be phased out this autumn. Data from Evalytics can be stored and exported until December 2025. Instructions on how to do this are provided in a manual.
