An energetic and interactive programme of four sessions, in which you learn to deal with pressure, change and make yourself physically and mentally stronger. From stress reduction to resilience: this programme helps you shift gears more powerfully, paying attention to your body and mind. The programme is provided by Radboud Sport and Culture. The first training is scheduled on 2 October.
