In recent cyber incidents, a weak password often turned out to be the cause. Phishing also appears to still be a successful method used by cyber criminals. That is why we ask you for extra attention.
Be alert for phishing emails, don't click on every link and lock your screen when you are away. Also use unique and strong passwords for your accounts. To remember all those different passwords, you can use a password manager.

In a RU-wide programme, our faculty is also running a project to bring information security (policy, procedures, technology, organisation) to a higher level. Later this year, at the end of November, there will be extra attention to and tips regarding information security.
