The gROW online learning platform supports employees in their professional development at Radboud University through e-learning courses, workshops, and training sessions.
What’s changing?
Starting June 22, you will no longer use your u-/s-/e- or z-account to log in to gROW. Instead, you will use your Radboud email address (e.g. firstname.lastname [at] ru.nl (firstname[dot]lastname[at]ru[dot]nl)). In addition, you will confirm your login via Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This will make access to gROW more secure. If you have a Radboud University laptop, you won’t have to log in as often, because you have already logged in at your workplace and authenticated yourself.
Setting up MFA
To continue using gROW, you must first set up MFA. You can easily do this via the Office portal. You can choose to verify your identity using an authenticator app or via text message, either on your Radboud University phone or your personal phone. If you want to change your verification method or have a new phone, you can update this information in the Office portal as well.
