Easier and more secure login to Radboud Repository

More and more applications and systems already feature an easier and more secure way of logging in, namely with your Radboud e-mail address and additional authentication. This also applies to Radboud Repository from Thursday 30 January.

The Radboud Repository is the digital repository to publish your research results as a Radboud researcher so that they can be seen by others.

New way of logging in

From Thursday 30 January, you will log in to upload full texts to Radboud Repository with your Radboud email address (e.g. firstname.lastname [at] ru.nl (firstname[dot]lastname[at]ru[dot]nl)) and no longer with your u-/s-/e- or z-account. In addition, access to Radboud Repository is better secured with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). If you have a Radboud University laptop, you won’t have to log in as often, because you have already logged in at your workplace and authenticated yourself.

Without MFA authentication, you can no longer use Radboud Repository

Don't have MFA set up yet? You can set up MFA via the Office portal. You can choose to sign in via an authenticator app or SMS. This can be done via your Radboud University phone, or via your private phone. If you want to change the chosen login method, for example because you have a new phone, you can do this in the Office portal as well.
