The board discussed several of the precautions from the Plan Future-Proof FSW with directors, heads of departments, and a delegation from the co-determination group during a meeting on the 4th of November. An important topic in this discussion was the proposal for the division of resources.
The division of resources is the way in which the faculty distributes the resources they got from the Executive Board across the study programmes, research institutes, and the faculty office. This division needs to be updated. The board discussed a first draft of a revised division of resources during the meeting on November 4.
On the 11th of November the board will discuss the annual plan and the budget FSW 2025 with the executive board.

The field of social sciences and humanities have collaborated in the Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) sector plan to find each other across institutions and disciplines on content. Our faculty is involved in four SSH sector plan themes, namely:
- Resilient Youth;
- The Human Factor in New Technologies;
- Social Inequality and Diversity;
- Higher Education.
We report annually to the national sector plan organisation. The mid-term evaluation will take place in 2026. In doing so, the focus of the evaluation is on making visible and strengthening national interdisciplinary partnerships in the field of education, science and impact. The aim is to provide opportunities for not only staff linked to sector plant themes, but also other staff to join a sector plant theme.
In its meeting of 13 November, the board discussed and adopted the procedure for the annual action plans and for the Personal Sector Plan Action Plan UDs (as part of the annual theme action plan).
