The three fastclasses below each focus on one aspect of data protection. Want to know more about personal data, how to efficiently clean up your mailbox and how to store important documents correctly? You will also learn what to do in the event of a data breach.

Fastclass - Handling personal data
Stolen data is increasingly being used to extort individuals or institutions. Personal data is particularly attractive to criminals. But what exactly is (sensitive) personal data, how should it be handled with care, and in which systems should it be processed?

Fastclass - Recognising and reporting phishing
Criminals use stolen data to send credible fake emails (phishing), among other things. Through phishing, they try to infiltrate and gain access to our systems. This fastclass shows you how to recognise phishing, what steps you can take if you receive phishing, and why it is important to report it.

Fastclass - Cleaning up your mailbox
You cannot lose what you do not have. Cleaning up a cabinet or mailbox contributes to data protection. In the fastclass on cleaning up your mailbox, you will receive tips on how to efficiently clean up your mailbox, but you will also learn what you should keep (retention periods and archiving) and what to look out for when it comes to sensitive data.
