We call this job crafting. Do you want to keep your job, but still feel there is room for improvement? Would you like to start working towards that improvement? If so, sign up for the workshop Job crafting. During the workshop you will take a close look at your position. You will also practice adjusting some aspects of your work based on your skills, preferences, and the available leeway.
