Heads-up: science festival Expeditie Next is looking for researchers

Do you have research of interest to a wide, young audience? Sign up for Expedition Next, the science festival for primary school students. Perhaps you have a mini-lecture, an invention to present or an experiment to perform. Whatever it is, you can do it in Zutphen on 1 May 2024. The Science Education Hub can help you submit a proposal.
Expedition Next is looking for enthusiastic scientists who are eager to share their work with a wider audience. The science festival for primary school children aged 6 to 12 years old visits a different city every year. This year, it will be in Zutphen on 1 May. Again, thousands of children and their supervisors are expected to attend.
During the festival, children can listen to mini-lectures, take part in exciting experiments and try out unusual inventions. And, of course, they will have the opportunity to ask researchers all about them. Ultimately, the aim is to inspire children and get them thinking about how to turn a problem into a solution. Last year's video shows how Expedition Next was received in Middelburg.
