Clean-up bicycle sheds
From 10 to 21 August, there will be another clean-up campaign in the campus bike sheds. Old, broken and abandoned bikes will be removed then, and loose locks attached to racks will be cut loose and cleaned up.

Seven (former) students of Radboud University can call themselves winners of the University Study Prize 2026. They receive this prize because they wrote a thesis of exceptional quality during the past academic year.

The Netherlands Labour Inspectorate wants Radboud University to improve the way it identifies risks associated with work-related stress arising from workload.
Works and closure at the Houtlaan junction
From 15 August to 13 November, the junction of Heyendaalseweg, Houtlaan and Kwekerijweg (near Berchmanianum) will be completely closed to all traffic. The council is constructing a new, safe oval roundabout here, complete with a dedicated cycle path.
Intromarkt 2026
Every year, Radboud University organises an Intromarkt on its own campus. This year, it will take place on 17 August. The market offers new students the opportunity to get to know the various student organisations that Nijmegen has to offer.
Radboud University to install additional CCTV cameras on campus
Over the coming period, Radboud University will install a total of 26 additional CCTV cameras on campus. The cameras will help to ensure the safety of students, staff and visitors to the campus, as well as university property.
Final collective labour agreement for 2026–2027
A final agreement has been reached on the 2026–2027 collective labour agreement for Dutch universities. All parties to the collective labour agreement have approved the outcome of the negotiations.

The company Your Next Concepts has won the procurement for the Radboud University curriculum information system (CIS). The system, called SQill, makes it possible to present curriculum information more clearly.
The Faculty of Arts may move to Mercator I of TvA 1 in 2028
Renovation of the Erasmus building is due to begin mid-2028. The Faculty of Arts will have to vacate the building temporarily. Mercator I and TvA 1 are being considered as temporary accommodation, but a final decision has not yet been taken.
